About the SDBP
The San Diego BLAACK Pages (SDBP) is a community service established in 1995 to promote and foster the use of the Internet and it's underlying technologies within the San Diego African American Community, and at the same time, provide useful information about the positive people, places and things in our community!

Not only is the SDBP one of the oldest, continually running, African American web sites on the Net, but when launched, it was the very first African American web site to focus on its local community.

The SDBP is about inclusion (ensuring positive representation of San Diego's African American Community) and not exclusion (people of all cultures, races, religions, backgrounds are welcomed and encouraged to visit).

The mission of the SDBP is to provide San Diego's African American community with a virtual presence on the Internet . . . A presence which promotes GOD, COMMUNITY SERVICE, CULTURAL AWARENESS, and ECONOMIC INDEPENDENCE!

The San Diego BLAACK Pages (SDBP) is published by Coral J. Cook Jr., long time resident of San Diego.
